At L.A. Girl, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or use a traceable shipping method to send your package back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
